The pool was warm and perfect for a leisurely swim, while the hot tub helped to melt away all the tension. My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. I encountered large ants in the room, which made it uncomfortable. The staff's service was subpar, especially when I tried to check on a missing personal item. On the brighter side, the location is peaceful and the restaurant offers good food, but the overall experience didn't meet my expectations.

I had a fantastic experience during my birthday celebration at this resort. The restaurant, Nolo, really blew me away with its incredible menu and fresh, local ingredients. The service from the staff was exceptional, making the night memorable. However, my overall experience was slightly impacted by the pool area being less family-friendly, with strict noise regulations during spa treatments. Despite this, the atmosphere was charming and intimate, creating a lovely getaway vibe.
